Over the years, Kate has hosted and managed a wide range of furnished rentals, gaining hands-on expertise with everything from guest experience and design to operations, communication, and local regulations. What stood out most wasn’t just the hosting itself, but how powerful education and guidance could be for people getting started.

Today, Host With Kate focuses on helping everyday homeowners feel confident sharing their spaces. Through one-on-one support, workshops, webinars, and resources, Kate works primarily with first-time and owner-occupied hosts—people who want clear, realistic guidance before opening their doors.
